The pond has been dredged out and 213 truckloads of silt was taken away. The edges look great.
A quick count shows 14 springs feeding the pond so it didn't take long to fill back up.
A water hydrant was installed so the Wilton Fire Department can use the pond water to help fight fires. It's a 6" tube
running from the pond up close to the driveway for easy access.
There is still a lot of landscapping to be done, grass seed to be put down and the silt fence removed but so far
no major problems.
Trout arrived a week before Kids Fishing day.
